At Zirozi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zirozi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Zirozi

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
